ApexIngest (operated by Plixo Labs Ltd) uses cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to run the service and — only with your explicit consent — to understand how the product is used and diagnose errors. This page lists every item we use and what it is for.

2. Categories

Strictly necessary — required to run the service (sign-in, your cookie preference, theme). Cannot be turned off.
Analytics — PostHog product analytics. Off by default. Activated only after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner.
Diagnostics — Sentry error tracking with masked replay on error. Off by default. Activated only after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner.

4. Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the link below. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: PostHog stops capturing and Sentry is shut down. We do not resend events you already authorised.

You can also clear all cookies and local storage for this site through your browser's settings; we will then re-prompt you on next visit.

5. International transfers

Some providers in the table above (Clerk, Sentry, Polar) are based in the United States. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. PostHog analytics is hosted in the EU region.
