Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the ApexIngest platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ApexIngest provides motorcycle track telemetry recording, processing, and analysis. The Service includes the hardware telemetry unit, the track-side PWA, the web dashboard, and the data processing backend.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Polar. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

• You retain ownership of all telemetry data you upload.
• You grant ApexIngest a licence to process, store, and display your data as part of the Service (e.g., generating lap analysis, showing leaderboards).
• Leaderboard entries are anonymised by default. Your name is never shown without consent.
• You can delete your data at any time via the Settings page. Deletion is permanent.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the firmware or software.
• Use the Service to collect data on third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

The ApexIngest telemetry unit is sold as-is. We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from crashes, water immersion, or modification. Installation is the rider's responsibility — ApexIngest is not liable for improper mounting.

ApexIngest is a data recording and analysis tool. It is not a safety device. We are not responsible for decisions made based on telemetry data. Motorcycle track riding is inherently dangerous — you assume all risk associated with your riding activity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
